Scott Schild | [email protected] Syracuse, N.Y. — Kayla Treanor is a final four coach who says she still has lots to learn. She’s won a national title as an assistant and says, if she’s lucky, she might be as good a coach as her father, a long-time high school basketball coach in the Albany area. With two wins over the next three days, Treanor would become the second-youngest coach ever to win a Division I women’s lacrosse title. She credits assistant coach Kenzie Kent with being the brains behind one of the key personnel moves that has put the Orange in that position.
