LEMONT, IL — Multiple injuries have been reported in an explosion Tuesday morning at Seneca Petroleum Co., 12460 New Ave., in Lemont, police told Patch. The Lemont Fire Protection District said the fire is controlled, and all crews are responding to the incident. The explosion is not at the Lemont CITGO refinery, which is also located off New Avenue.
