This Sunday, a little after 6.30 am, a car caught fire after hitting a wall in Châteauneuf-du-Rhône. Two passengers died, the driver was seriously burned, hospitalized in absolute emergency.

An investigation is opened under the authority of the public prosecutor to understand the circumstances of the road accident which claimed the lives of two people, and seriously injured another, this Sunday morning, in Châteauneuf-du-Rhône in the Drôme.

At around 6:40 am this Sunday, a car hit a wall on avenue de Montélimar. Would the accident have occurred at the end of an overrun, like a planned time? According to the first elements of the investigation, the vehicle is the only cause. Inside the car, which caught fire, the bodies of the two passengers were found charred. The driver meanwhile is hospitalized in the burns service in Lyon. Its vital prognosis is engaged.
