Professional golfer Tiger Woods was hospitalized Tuesday morning after a traffic accident while driving his car near
Los Angeles, the county sheriff’s services said.

“The vehicle sustained serious damage” after it rolled over, with no other vehicle appearing to be involved in the crash, a statement said. The 45-year-old golf star had to be extricated from his car by firefighters using special equipment. Tiger Woods was then “taken to hospital for his injuries”, the severity of which was not immediately clarified
According to his agent Mark Steinberg, the star suffers from “multiple leg injuries” and is currently on the operating table at the UCLA Harbor Hospital. The man with the 14 Grand Slams was in Califonia for a shoot where he was seen giving some golf lessons to celebrities on Monday.
