An arson attack broke out this Friday evening in the Protestant temple of Behren-lès-Forbach (Moselle). The Minister of the Interior was moved by it on social networks.

The Protestant temple of Behren-lès-Forbach, in Moselle-Est, was a victim of flames this Friday evening. The fire started shortly before 7 p.m. and was quickly brought under control by firefighters. There were no injuries. Fortunately, the damage is limited to the basement of the building.

But this start of fire would be criminal, and damage was observed on the spot. An investigation is open.

The Minister of the Interior, Gérald Darmanin, was moved on the social network Twitter, promising to do everything possible to find the perpetrators. He also supports the Protestant community.
