A 911 dispatcher from Allegheny County confirmed that the police had entered the mall at around 4:30 pm Police arrested two people, according to Trib news partner WPXI. Several police authorities as well as fire and rescue workers are in the shopping center. The Ross Township Police Department is investigating.
