It’s the same magic, in a more intimate version. It does not demerit! – Laurent, a regular at the festival

Wearing a mask is compulsory, a reduced gauge, fewer artists … But not enough to spoil the magic of the event according to Laurent, a resident of Belfort and a regular at the Eurocks: “It looks like Eurock, the evening looks like the Eurocks … It has everything Eurocks after all! It’s the same magic, in a more intimate version. It does not demerit “.

The festival-goers were happy to find the magnificent site of Malsaucy, to finally experience a concert after months of deprivation: “It had been so long since we had not gathered to listen to good music. well after a year and a half without any live performance “confides Françoise, who came from Bensançon.

The decoration has been adapted to the more intimate formula of these Eurockéennes “in residence”, with distorting mirrors, balloons, greenery, paintings … “It’s very playful, we appreciate a lot. It’s ideal this year to come with family, especially with children! We take advantage of the fact that there are fewer people this edition “says Adeline, mother of a little Marie-Lou who experienced her first festival.

The star of the evening was chef Philippe Etchebest. This time, he was not behind the stove but behind his drums with the group The Inspector Cluzo: “It’s super funny to see him make music. We came a little on purpose to see him”, laughs Katerine.

This year, the Eurocks are also giving pride of place to gastronomy, with renowned chefs serving a hundred seats. Chefs like the candidate of the Top Chef show, the Franc-comtois Matthias Marc, whose menu seduced Karine “We had a great time. It was divine, we are very lucky to be able to listen to good music while eating a good meal”.

The festivities continue every evening until Saturday July 24. All the programming of the Eurockéennes second home can be found ♫ here.
