Two dogs search the rubble to confirm that no one was in the house when it exploded.

When the fire department arrived at the scene, they turned off the gas and power to the house.

“When we got there, we smelled the smell of gas in the area, although we cannot confirm it was a gas explosion without confirming it with ONG,” said Oklahoma City Fire Chief Scott Douglass.

Neighbors told the fire department they reported a gas problem to Oklahoma Natural Gas earlier this week.
