Be careful if you are in Hérault and Gard. This Tuesday, September 14 in the morning, Météo France placed these two departments on orange vigilance for thunderstorms and rain-flooding. The meteorological institute speaks of a “rainstorm episode requiring special vigilance because there is a significant risk of a violent phenomenon”.

Thunderstorm disturbances should appear during the morning, but Météo France specifies that all of the two departments are not concerned because these thunderstorms will be localized. The latter “will be able to give 80 to 100 mm (of rain, editor’s note) or even more, in a short time. Strong gusts of wind, hail and a marked electrical activity are also expected”.
