The two parties affirmed to have “taken note of the judgments delivered today by the General Court of the European Union, concerning the decisions of the Council of the European Union relating to the conclusion of the modifications of Protocols 1 and 4 of the Agreement of ‘Association between the European Union and the Kingdom of Morocco relating to agricultural and other products, on the one hand, and the partnership agreement in the field of sustainable fishing, on the other hand “.

The Joint Declaration emphasizes to this end that the two partners will take “the necessary measures to ensure the legal framework which guarantees the continuation and stability of trade relations between the European Union and the Kingdom of Morocco”.
