The Bangladeshi Premier League champions Bashundhara Kings will play their Group D games of the AFC Cup 2021 in Male, Maldives, as the Asian Football Association confirmed all venues for the group stage of the competition on Monday > The AFC confirmed the central venues for each group after a comprehensive tendering process and close consultation with the participating member associations at its headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Kings will take on the Indian team ATK Mohun Bagan, the Maziya Sports and Maldives Leisure Club and a play-off winner from the South Zone.
A total of six teams from the South Asian Zone are fighting for the only play-off place in the group.
The Nepal Army Club and the Sri Lankan Police compete against each other in the first round and the winner faces Indian Super League team Bengaluru FC in the second round.
