Emma returned to the Heart Breakfast show to share details on her new book and also chatted about the Spice Girls
Mom of two, 45, came to Heart to see Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden in the breakfast show to talk about her new book Mama You Got This.
But Jamie, who used to work with Emma, couldn’t resist getting her to confess some Spice-y secrets while she was in the studio.
When asked if Emma and the other girls Mel B, Mel C and Geri Horner had talked about doing something, she revealed everything.
Emma said, “We’d love to go on tour again. We’re just waiting to see what the world does.”

They performed 15 dates in the UK and Ireland on the band’s 2019 Spice World Tour and was unsurprisingly sold out.
But offstage, Emma was busy putting on her weekly Heart show and working on her new book.
Emma and husband Jade Jones, 41, are parents to Tate, 10, and Beau, 13, and she shared some of her vivid memories of early motherhood in her new book.
She explained, “It’s all about the first year when everything is a little crazy and you don’t know what’s going on. And your body goes through all sorts of things.
“It’s not a manual at all about what to do. It’s just support and some advice. Things I’ve been through that I was scared of and didn’t know what was happening.
The What Take You So Long singer, who presents Sunday evenings on Heart starting at 7 p.m., was also kind enough to share some of her favorite tips from the new book – and it really resonated with Amanda Holden, 50.
“The best advice I can think of in this book is to go with your gut, trust your instincts. Have fun. Love, love, love. That’s all you can do.”
Amanda agreed and said, “You can only be the best mother you can be. You’re the one.
“I remember saying that to Aleesha [Dixon] when she asked me. I said, ‘I’m not going to give you advice, you don’t have to put extra pressure on yourself, just be the best mom you can be.’ “
