Harlequins face club legend Mike Brown as they begin their Gallagher Premiership defense at the Newcastle Falcons on Sunday 19 September.
This game, which starts at 3pm, is live on BT Sport.
The following week, Harlequins host the Worcester Warriors with Scott Baldwin, who played a central role in the title-winning campaign and who returned to The Stoop for the first time since joining Sixways.
This match will be the first time The Stoop has had a full audience since February 2020.
Friday Night Lights will go live on October 8th with a visit from Bristol Bears, who beat Harlequins in a memorable Premiership semi-final last month.
The big games continue at The Stoop with the eagerly anticipated clash with the Saracens on Sunday October 31st.

“Our first game at The Stoop will be something special. Most of our fans couldn’t celebrate our cup win last season and we look forward to seeing many more of them on September 25th when we host Worcester.
