G-Eazy revealed the tracklist for their upcoming album “These Things Happen Too” on Wednesday ahead of its scheduled release on Friday September 24th.
The 19-track album features guest vocals from Lil Wayne, YG, Ty Dolla $ ign, E-40, Demi Lovato, Anthony Hamilton, DaBoii, Marc E. Bassy, ShooterGang Kony and a few others. The production credits go to Hit-Boy, Hitmaka, OG Parker and NonStop Da Hitman of 808 Mafia.
Earlier this month, the San Francisco rapper first announced the album with the release of “The Announcement”, although the song didn’t appears on the tracklist of the upcoming album. Last week G-Eazy released the first single to appear on These Things Happen Too: “Breakdown” with Lovato.
“Feel like I’m breaking in places they put pressure on / I’m the one in my circle that they all depend on,” he raps on the lead single. “For that, however, I need these drugs that I’ve become addicted to / someone tried to confront me, now we don’t understand each other.”
The new album will be released as a sequel to G-Eazy’s breakout album These Things Happen, which was released in 2014. Since then, the artist has released several albums, including When It’s Dark Out, The Beautiful & Damned, B-Sides, and Here’s Everything Is Weird.
On other music news, Rihanna says she is “experimenting” with her next album.
