On August 28, Formula 1 announced a revised calendar for the remainder of the 2021 season after the Japanese Grand Prix was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The new schedule includes 22 races – a record number of races in one season – with some of the events being postponed to new dates.

There are no date changes for the Dutch Grand Prix in Zandvoort, the Italian GP in Monza or the race in the Russian Black Sea resort of Sochi.

Formerly scheduled for October 3rd, the Turkish Grand Prix will now take place on October 10th.
