The agreement stipulates that TotalEnergies will solarize eight of the DHL sites in Dubai to cover the equivalent of more than 46,000 m² of photovoltaic panels. This solar system will save more than 6,000 tonnes of CO2 in the first year.
This project complements Deutsche Post DHL Group’s sustainability roadmap, which aims for zero-emission logistics by 2050.
