Adelaide striker Taylor Walker is reportedly under investigation by the AFL Integrity Department over an alleged racist slur made in a SANFL game earlier this year.

According to The Age’s Peter Ryan and Sam McClure League investigators became aware of Walker through an alleged comment made by a Crows teammate during the Adelaide-North Adelaide game last month.

It is alleged that Walker commented on the North Adelaide player for a quarter of an hour in the game and former Saints striker Robbie Young.

It is believed that players and officials near the Crowd of Crows heard Walker’s comment bringing the alleged remarks on the Crows to the attention of The Age.

The AFL is currently conducting an investigation into the matter to determine all facts related to the allegation.
