Teenage killer and serial rapist Paul Bernardo faces a parole hearing today.
Bernardo’s horrific crimes in the 1980s and early 1990s include the kidnapping, torture, and murder of Kristen French and Leslie Mahaffy near St. Catharines.
The identified dangerous offender has been entitled to full parole for more than three years.
But the relatives of his victims firmly believe that he should never be released from prison.
They will bring this case to the Parole Board of Canada, which took just 30 minutes to refuse to be released in October 2018.
Among other things, Bernardo is serving a life sentence for first-degree murder, kidnapping and serious sexual assault.
