Christian Pulisic made American men’s football history again on Saturday when he became the first American player to ever appear in a Champions League final and likely win it.

Pulisic, 22, an attacking player Midfielder, came on in the second half for Chelsea, who beat their Premier League side Manchester City 1-0 after Kai Havertz scored a goal after a first-half assist from Mason Mount.

Pulisic, who scored a goal in a semi-final match last month almost came back to the net after his move, but he didn’t seem too upset by the near-miss when the time was up.
