After a week full of turmoil and the attempted revolution in European football around the Super League, the Champions League is back on the agenda on Tuesday and Wednesday. On the menu, the semi-finals go Real Madrid-Chelsea (Tuesday 9 p.m.) and Manchester City-PSG (Wednesday).

Inconstant this season, Real have just released Atalanta and Liverpool. The Madrid club are in the semi-finals for the first time since 2018. In La Liga, Zinedine Zidane’s troops are in an exciting title fight with Atlético, Barcelona and Sevilla. On Saturday, Thibaut Courtois and Eden Hazard’s team shared 0-0 at home against Real Betis.

Given this disappointing performance, Chelsea did not leave beaten. Since Thomas Tuchel took over from Frank Lampard in January, Chelsea have been doing better. The German wants to reach the C1 final for the second year in a row. Last year, he lost with PSG against Bayern. His team take on Real after taking out Atletico Madrid and Porto.

The return matches of the semi-finals are scheduled for May 4 and 5. The final will take place on May 29 in Istanbul.
