BrewDog has announced that it is conducting an independent review of allegations of “lazy culture” at the controversial Scottish brewery.

James Watt, co-founder and primary target of a critical open letter from former employees, said the company would become an independent agency instructed them to “review our culture and employee practices to ensure we can make positive and inclusive changes.”

He said BrewDog will disclose the results of the review internally and externally before the end of the year, while the company does too would conduct an anonymous employee survey “to paint a full picture of the BrewDog culture at all levels.”
