Watch the short film in which Beyoncé sings her take on Moon River with the Tiffany Diamond.
As you may recall, Beyoncé and Jay-Z got off to a good start last month with the unveiling of their new campaign Tiffany & Co., titled About Love, nearly cracked the internet in the house’s most notable jewels, she in the 128.54-carat yellow Tiffany diamond made famous by Breakfast at Tiffany’s and Audrey Hepburn – and later Lady Gaga who wore the $ 30 million gem at the Oscars in 2019 – and he in Jean Schlumberger’s famous Bird on a Rock Brooch. Behind them was another legend: an unprecedented Basquiat, Equals Pi, which was oh so perfectly painted in Tiffany’s signature shade of blue. The moment also served a higher purpose as the jewelry brand pledged $ 2 million to support programs at historically black colleges and universities. Best news of all, however, is that this will not be the last of such an iconic collaboration was. A new campaign film directed by Emmanuel Adjei brought the magnificence of this image to life. There are fabulous jewels (the Tiffany Diamond is the most prominent, of course), fabulous clothing, fabulous property (the Orum House in Los Angeles) and a fabulous Carter love story at the center, all accompanied by the Beyoncé soundtrack she sings rendition of the moon river.
Watch the film below and be happy to know that more campaign films are expected later this year.
