Katie Thurston’s season may be finished and dusty, but the drama fans saw at the time doesn’t seem to be over.

While ‘The Bachelorette’ nation is on the season of Michelle Young prepared, everyone has an urgent question: who will be the next bachelor? And while many of Katie’s men seem like a stellar choice, there’s one that has made a name for himself – yes, we’re talking about Greg Grippo.

Greg’s existence on Katie’s season was arguably the most dramatic. After making it to the hometowns, their meeting with his family went pretty well, and Greg felt like he really could envision a future for the two of them. After the date in his hometown, Greg told Katie how he really felt and confessed that he was actually in love with her.

Katie, who had decided not to leave any of the remaining candidates she loved until the last rose, talking about it didn’t know what to answer and said she liked the way he looked. To Greg, he felt like he was stretching his heart out only to destroy it because Katie was putting up a whole character for ‘The Bachelorette’.

He was utterly upset and decided to leave the show despite Katie getting him pleaded not to do it and apologized several times. Greg’s departure almost made Katie leave the show too, as she claimed she was dead done. But as we all know, she ends up at Blake Moynes and the two are very much in love, as their Instagram suggests. The Tell-All episode of ‘The Bachelorette’ was just as explosive, with Katie claiming that Greg was actually trying an acting career and all of his shy behavior was wrong. Fans weren’t sure which side to choose when they saw Katie chew on him while he kept his cool during the episode.

But it looks like they finally have the chance to find out who the real Greg Grippo is as he’s rumored to be the next bachelor. According to blogger Reality Steve, who is known in the ‘The Bachelor’ nation for his pretty accurate spoilers and information leaks, Greg could be in Season 26 of ‘The Bachelor’ (SPOILER): What I’ve Heard in the Last 5 Days or So. As for the next bachelor’s degree, this is … it was said it would be Greg. Obviously it’s never “official” until ABC announces it (whatever that is), but at that point I’d be very surprised if it isn’t him, “Reality Steve tweeted.

(SPOILER): What I’ve heard in the last 5 days or so about the next bachelor’s degree is that … I’ve been told it will be Greg. Obviously, it’s never “official” until ABC announces it (whatever that may be), but at this point I would be very surprised if it weren’t for him.

As mentioned, there’s no official confirmation yet, but since reality Steve is rarely wrong and after Greg’s dramatic time on the show, he’s perhaps the most obvious Choice. What do you think? Is Gregor a good choice? Tone in the comments below!

By the time Greg Grippo graces our screens again, you can have your other favorites from season 17 on Bachelor in Paradise on Mondays at 8 p.m. ET See ABC.
