By scoring against Portugal on Saturday night, Aleksandar Mitrovic became the top scorer in the history of the Serbian side.

In a crazy game against Portugal, Serbia won the draw. The Serbs were however down 2-0 at the break, but managed to equalize in the second half.

Aleksandar Mitrovic reduced the score after returning from the locker room. An important goal since it made him the top scorer in the history of the Serbian team, overtaking Stjepan Bobek.

The Fulham striker has scored 39 goals in 62 caps at the age of just 26. Enough to exceed the 38 goals of Stjepan Bobek, scored with Yugoslavia between 1946 and 1956.
