Canterbury second rower Adam Elliott was dropped off for the final two rounds against Manly and Wests Tigers, with the Bulldogs and the NRL Integrity Unit investigating an alleged incident at a Gold Coast restaurant.

There was none Violating the competition’s biosafety protocols, however, the 26-year-old is believed to have been asked to leave the company.

The club issued a statement Monday saying it was “aware of an incident.” Adam Elliott was brought to the attention of the Gold Coast.

“As a result, the Bulldogs have suspended Elliott from the last two games of the season until that process is complete,” said the Bulldogs.
