Update 6:15 pm: The fire is now extinguished, three hectares have burned in all.
The fire broke out in the middle of the day, around 12:30 pm, route de Saint-Molf, near L’Isle Menemay in the town of La Turballe. Two and a half hectares of vegetation (crops and undergrowth) have already been covered by the flames. The fire spread to two caravans. About ten SDIS 44 vehicles are mobilized. The current operation requires great vigilance due to the presence of a high voltage electric line in the fire area.
